Standard Disclaimer: 
Please ensure your have measured your pet correctly. Any sizing advice provided by an employee of Designer Doggie should be regarded as an estimate, we cannot be held liable for any inaccurate measurements.

Delivery Times:
Please allow upto 3 working days for dispatch. We aim to dispatch all orders before thie timeframe. 
If for any reason this delivery timeframe cannot be met we will send you an email to ensure you are kept updated.

Payment? 
We accept all major credit and debit cards - to place an order over the phone please call us on 0845 519 0564 
We accept Paypal!
If sending a cheque (made payable to Designer Doggie) please allow 5 working days for payment to clear.

Exchanges:
We will happily exchange all items returned to within 5 days of receipt. Please email us at info@designer-doggie.com if you would like to send an item back to us. All we ask is that the item is returned to us in its original packaging in a resellable condition.

Please be aware that a re-postage & packaging charge of £2.50 will be applied for all exchanges.

Refunds:
If an exchange cannot be agreed upon we will happily offer another item available in our store upto the same value :)

Order cancellations and changes:  
Please notify us within 12 hours if you wish to cancel your order. 
If we have not dispatched your order you can change sizes where available within 12 hours. Please send us an email confirming your change of size.

Non-deliverable, refused and unclaimed orders:  
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, incorrect shipping information has been provided, we will attempt contact via phone and/or email if provided. 
All orders will be subject to a new postal charge.
